Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility rests with the courier service.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

A replacement will only be provided if:

The product is damaged during transit.
You receive an incorrect product.

To request a replacement:

Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Ensure the shipping label is clearly visible.
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Share the unboxing video, photos of the damage, and your Order ID.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
