At INAURA, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and opened. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

• Record a continuous unboxing video while opening the courier package.

• Ensure the shipping label and package are clearly visible in the video.

• The video must start before opening the sealed package and continue without any cuts or edits.

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • The unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process replacement requests.

3. Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified, we will:

• Approve the replacement request.

• Arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

• If the product is out of stock, we may offer an equivalent replacement or store credit.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide replacements or refunds for:

• Change of mind.

• Preference regarding fragrance or scent.

• Opened or used products.

• Claims made without an unboxing video.

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

• Damage caused after the product has been delivered.
